Do you require a deposit?

Yes.  We require 50% down to proceed with any order. This confirms your spot in our production schedule as well as ensures commitment to your project.  The design process or print production WILL NOT proceed until a deposit is received. Delay in payment may cause a delay in your order.

I received my order, but I want to return or exchange

Due to the nature of custom printing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or purchase a sample product, please email us at hello@lostartdesigns.com.

APPAREL SIZING: We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at hello@lostartdesigns.com within 3 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. *Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival*

Cancellations may be accepted up to 24 hours after the order is received. Cancellations may not be accepted for rush orders under 72 hours, Special Orders, or if the order is already in print production. Any orders canceled during the design process will incur all artwork charges.

What if I want to see the design before I place an order?

As much as we would love to show you your design beforehand, we respectfully require a non-refundable deposit or an order agreement to begin this process.  As stated above, this ensures your spot in line and commitment to the project.  Our designers put a lot of care and time to provide quality designs to unfortunately have dealt with non-responses or *gasp* someone trying to run off with one of our in the past. (We learned the hard way. Ghosting is not cool.)
